Enrollment and Tour Reservation

Service Description

This is our opportunity to meet. During this visit, the parent/guardian will bring a completed admission packet, the child/children, and a copy of the immunization record. A tour will also be provided at that time. After booking, please email us at Nightingalescottage@gmail.com for a copy of the admission packet. We kindly request the admission packet be completed prior to your appointment. Check back regularly as more dates will be opened up as they are available. We can be flexible with tour times.
